Role Overview:

Brief Description

This role is responsible for the coordination and processing of all necessary shipping and receiving documentation to support inbound receipt of raw materials, re-sale finished goods, and outbound shipments of same. 

Responsibilities:
 

  • Timely and accurate processing of receipts of incoming goods to ensure compliance to purchasing documents.
  • Timely and accurate processing of shipping documentation to ensure on-time deliveries.
  • Document and register all transactions for inventory control in JDE system.
  • Maintain accurate lot location records for inventory purposes.
  • Check and confirm inventory levels and produce load sheets for outbound product.
  • Monitor shipping schedule in JDE, schedule outbound trucks, and generate all required shipping documents (Bill of Lading, Customs documentation)
  • Verification and inspection of goods received.
  • Maintain an orderly warehouse and direct LTO’s on a daily basis.

Job Requirements
 
  • Post-secondary education preferred
  • 5 years’ experience in a warehouse environment
  • Strong computer skills.  MS Excel required, familiarity with an ERP system
  • Knowledge of Customs and TDG is an asset
